By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with this Policy.
Violation of this Policy may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.

Our platform enables AI-generated video production. Because AI tools can be misused, this Policy outlines prohibited uses and establishes user responsibilities.
You are solely responsible for all content submitted and generated through your account.

• Uses a person’s likeness without consent
• Impersonates individuals or brands
You must have full legal rights to all materials submitted.

• Makes false or misleading claims
• Defames individuals or businesses
• Spreads misinformation
• Creates deceptive advertising
You are responsible for ensuring factual accuracy.
2.4 Harmful or Abusive Content
• Hate speech
• Harassment
• Discrimination
• Violent threats
• Graphic violence
2.5 Adult or Explicit Content
• Pornographic material
• Sexually explicit content
• Exploitative content
2.6 Political Manipulation & Deceptive Media
You may not use the platform to create:
• Deepfake political endorsements
• Fabricated public statements
• Impersonations of public officials
• Election misinformation

• Guaranteed income claims
• Investment fraud
• Deceptive financial promotions

CUSTOM AVATAR & LIKENESS USE
If you request a custom avatar:
• You confirm you own or have permission to use the image
• You confirm the individual has consented to AI likeness generation
• You accept responsibility for any disputes
We are not liable for unauthorized image submissions.
We reserve the right to reject avatar requests that pose legal or reputational risk.

AI-GENERATED CONTENT DISCLAIMER
AI-generated content may:
• Contain inaccuracies
• Mispronounce names or technical terms
• Misinterpret user inputs or scripts
• Vary slightly in tone, phrasing, or expression
You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before publishing or using them.
We are not liable for any errors, omissions, or consequences resulting from the use of generated content.

ADVERTISING COMPLIANCE
If you use videos for advertising, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with:
• FTC regulations
• Local advertising laws
• Industry-specific rules (legal, medical, financial, etc.)
We do not provide legal review of advertising claims.

PLATFORM MISUSE
You may not:
• Reverse engineer our technology
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or replicate our platform
• Resell credits without authorization
• Use automated bots to abuse services
• Interfere with system performance

ABUSE OF CREDIT SYSTEM
We reserve the right to suspend accounts for:
• Fraudulent payment activity
• Chargeback abuse
