This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through REELAIV LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing credits or services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

CREDIT PURCHASES
1.1 All Credit Sales Are Final
All credit bundle purchases are final.
Credits are non-refundable once purchased.
Because credits provide immediate access to digital production services, refunds are not provided except as described below.
1.2 Unused Credits
Unused credits are non-refundable.
Credits are valid for 90 days from purchase unless otherwise stated.
We are not responsible for unused credits after expiration.

VIDEO PRODUCTION SERVICES
2.1 No Refunds After Production Begins
Once a video request has been submitted and production has begun, the associated credits are considered used and are non-refundable.
This includes:
• Script writing
• Avatar processing
• Rendering
• Editing
• Revisions
2.2 Revisions Instead of Refunds
Each video includes one revision.
If you are not satisfied with your video, we will work with you through the revision process to address reasonable concerns.
Refunds will not be issued based on:
• Creative preference
• Tone or style preference
• Performance expectations
• Marketing results

SUBSCRIPTION OR RECURRING PAYMENTS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you are enrolled in a recurring billing plan:
• You may cancel future billing at any time
• Cancellation does not retroactively refund prior charges
• Credits already issued remain subject to this policy

BILLING ERRORS
If you believe you were charged in error, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
Verified billing errors will be corrected.
Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension.

FRAUD PREVENTION
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:
• Suspected abuse
• Fraudulent claims
• Excessive refund requests
• Violation of Terms of Service

PERFORMANCE DISCLAIMER
We do not guarantee:
• Specific marketing results
• Revenue increases
• Lead generation outcomes
• Advertising performance
Refunds will not be issued based on business performance expectations.

EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
In rare cases and at our sole discretion, we may issue:
• Partial credit refunds
• Account credits
• Production adjustments
Any such action does not establish a precedent or obligation.

CHARGEBACK POLICY
If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us:
• Your account may be suspended
• All credits may be voided
• Future access may be permanently restricted
We strongly encourage contacting support before initiating a dispute.
